  • Marilyn Carter Receives Jefferson Award
    Marilyn Carter, Livermore Veterans Foundation Board member was recently awarded the Jefferson Award for Oustanding Community Service. Marilyn Carter has been a longtime supporter of veterans and their families in Livermore and is the founder of Adopt-A-Unit TriValley. She served as the first President of LVF.   • New Livermore-based Military Support Group
    A new military support group has been formed in Livermore. Livermore Military Families is a group dedicated to helping all military members and their families by offering many kinds of help, welcome home events and support to families with members deployed overseas.
